287 new COVID-19 cases in Singapore; cases at foreign worker dorms traced to Mustafa Centre cluster

A record 287 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Singapore on Thursday (Apr 9) the largest daily increase so far and more than double yesterday's highest record.
