Pennsylvania Needs to Privatize it's Liquor Sales

I cannot buy a drop in PA. Delaware has State Troopers at every liquor store guarding against PA residents. No problem buying a chicken sandwich. Tom Wolf makes me buy wine at the super market. I can barely tolerate the misery and disgrace.
