The Holy Eucharist reveals the perfection of fraternal charity in both the fruit of the Sacrament and our response to this great gift. Ask yourself, when you receive Our Lord, is it bearing fruit? The priest does not just offer the sacrifice but must himself be the victim, in imitation of Christ. We are now in a terrible crisis and many Church leaders have abandoned the flock, but Christ does not! The Church may be having to go 'underground' but do not lose faith, for Christ remains true to His promises. If Christ is for us, who can be against us? In this difficult and distressing time, there are many graces we may gain!
