On Monday, May 18, 2020, Fox 11 Los Angeles’ Elex Michaleson joined Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Burbank) as he volunteered with local nonprofit Project Angel Food to deliver food to Angelenos in need. Schiff also discussed the Heroes Act, passed in the House on Friday, to provide additional stimulus checks, extend unemployment benefits, provide rental assistance, provide hazard pay to frontline workers, and more. ---
