If you keep experiencing the same type of trial repeatedly, it means the Lord is instructing you.
This was and sometimes still is a hard pill to swallow for me. I mean the number of times I've tried something and for some reason, it just keeps failing. It's incredibly frustrating, but this is where we need to keep reminding ourselves, and I'm really also very much talking about my own life here that God has other plans for us.
We need to stop looking for the devil in everything. Stop thinking the devil stops you from doing something. He's a deceiver. A liar and wants you to believe that he's got more power than he actually has.
Most likely you have a pattern of thought or behaviour that is contrary to who you are as God's child and He must bring it to the surface to heal you of it.
In order to set you free, He targets areas of self-will, destructive attitudes, and anything in your life that does not honour Him. Or your for that matter.
This may be painful for the moment, but the Father is liberating you from your self-sufficiency so that He can demonstrate His sovereign power and wisdom through you.
Unfortunately, it’s only through brokenness that we can truly stop depending on our limited resources and start relying wholeheartedly upon Him.
So what is it in your life that the Lord keeps addressing?
What is keeping you from trusting Him fully?
My online friend... He is God... wise, loving, and always working for your ultimate benefit.
So surrender control of every area of your life to Him and allow Him to determine what can remain in your life and what must go. As hard as it is at times.
Let's pray...
Father, I don’t want to keep going through these trials. Please teach me and help me to rely upon You wholeheartedly, amen.

In His presence . . . learn from your brokenness.
