PASAY CITY MAYOR CALIXTO-RUBIANO INSPECTS BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS AMID MECQ May 18, 2020

Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano inspected multiple business establishments under her jurisdiction to ensure COVID-19 quarantine health and safety protocols are still observed.
Here in Mall Of Asia, she identified the facility to be "passable" or "satisfactory" for continued operations.
The inspection was set to start on Monday, 10:00 am as she went to different parts of the said shopping facility.
By 11:10 am, the inspection was completed as the local government head made rounds making sure employees and shoppers alike are protected and are unlikely to contract the deadly disease.
Mayor Calixto-Rubiano bared she already gave instructions to each business establishment under her jurisdiction which include: controlled queing of people coming in and out the shopping center, mandatory wearing of face masks while in the facility, mandatory infrared thermal scanning at every entrance, available alcohol and sanitizers at entrances and exits, and requirement of quarantine passes.
Mayor Calixto-Rubiano reiterrated that even if the enhanced community quarantine is now modified, letting other workers go out and resume operations, that did not mean people can now wander around without quarantine passes.
She added that those who are caught violating the enforced guidelines will have to face punishment from the the police force or even induce a closure of an establishment.
