This workout focuses on the lower body, aka legs and booty 🍅Circuit training is quick and effective when you want to get your heart rate up and burn fat!

IT is only 25 minutes, and can be done with or without workout equipment. Take this at your own pace and enjoy! Building a booty is being brought to you. This is a lower body circuit that focuses on the legs, quads, hamstrings and booty.
