INFANT MASK

Born out of necessity, this pattern was created by my husband who noticed my stress at trying to keep up with the requests I was getting to make masks for friends and family as well as ones I was donating to our local hospital. Elastic is still hard to find and handmade binding for ties is time consuming. Thus the RJ mask was created (I named it after my husband). This mask is all one piece. You add hook and loop or a button to close. The pattern is adjustable to fit all sizes. We tried it on all of us in this house and it was comfortable for all. You can use this pattern for the two cotton layer style that you can sew with your machine or you can use fleece and only a few hand stitches will be needed. Perfect for the novice. This pattern uses darts to fit around the face.
