Protests began popping up in several places around the United States this week in defiance of government orders to remain locked down. Places such as Georgia, Harrisburg, Philadelphia and elsewhere have seen people take to the streets and demand an end to the lockdowns. Mainstream media criticized the movement as being irresponsible while others maintain folks are desperate to get back to work and the lockdowns cannot go on forever. Some states have announced a loosening of restrictions, beginning with Texas. Pennsylvania also announced some restrictions will be eased as the state attempts to find a responsible path forward.
